Residents


Fees include:


• 4 days of clinic instruction
• clinic notebook
• clinic music CD
• dorm room housing for 3 nights
• meals, Sunday dinner through Wednesday lunch

  Advisor without students $190
  Advisor with 1 – 19 students $190
  Advisor with 20 + students 1 Advisor FREE

 

All resident participants will also pay a $10.00 deposit for the room key at the clinic site. The deposit will be returned upon checkout if they key is returned. Lost keys fees are assessed by the university/college if the key is not returned.

 

Commuters


Fees include:

  Advisor with 10 + students 1 Advisor FREE

 

Meals and housing are not included in commuter fees. Commuter students will need to provide their own lunch and dinner. Campus meal plans can be purchased when registering online.  You must purchase the meal plan prior to the start of the clinic to be able to eat in the cafeteria.



Discount Registration Fees

  • Early Registration – resident student only
  • Register on or before May 31st, 2008 to receive a discount

Enter your name into our monthly drawing for FREE CLINIC TUITION!  Email your name, school, city, and state to clinics@fjminc.com with FREE CLINIC TUITION DRAWING in the subject line.  One entry per person per month.  April entries must be received by April 30, 2008.

 

 

Paying Your Balance
The remaining balance of your clinic fee must be paid at the Clinic Registration on the first day of the clinic. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American express are accepted along with cash and checks. The balance may also be paid by logging in to your online registration account.

 

 

Refund Policy
A refund of $65.00 of an advanced deposit ($100 deposit) will cheerfully be made if we are notified of the cancellation by telephone 14 days prior to the start date of the clinic you are attending. If the full clinic balance was paid, all but $35.00 will be returned to the customer.

If we are not notified by telephone 14 days prior to the clinics, no refund can be issued.

Deposits and registration fees may be transferred to another participant.
